Sabre Technical Services Uses Unique Mold Treatment Technology to Accelerate Reopening of Pascal's Manale, New Orleans Landmark Restaurant

NEW ORLEANS — November 14, 2005 — Pascal's Manale, the New Orleans landmark restaurant that created the world famous dish, barbecue shrimp, will be fumigated with chlorine dioxide gas on Tuesday, November 15th by Sabre Technical Services. The method to be used was successfully employed following the 2001 anthrax attacks at the Hart Senate Office Building, the Curseen Morris Postal Facility in Washington D.C., the Hamilton Postal Facility in New Jersey and the AMI Building in Boca Raton, Florida. It is now being used in New Orleans to combat the heavy mold and other biological contaminants resulting from the flooding following Hurricane Katrina.

Bob Felice, owner of the generations old and venerated New Orleans culinary institution said, "The fumigation will give us finality, so that we can move on and accelerate the reopening of our restaurant. The best thing is we will go back to doing what we do best, serving up food to our loyal customers." He promises he will be dishing up his world renowned shrimp outside the restaurant at 1838 Napoleon Avenue during the fumigation which is set to start at 9:00 a.m. and be done by that evening.

John Mason, President and CEO of Sabre Technical Services, a part of BioONE Solutions LLC, which is an affiliate of Giuliani Partners LLC, said, "Sabre's method of mold treatment is the only EPA registered product that uses a fumigant to decontaminate an entire structure." He went on to explain that a structure fumigated with chlorine dioxide does not have to be stripped and gutted as is done with traditional mold remediation. Because the gas penetrates interior wall spaces and is effective on hard, porous and non- porous surfaces, it is not necessary to remove mold affected areas of a structure. Moreover, the fumigation process is complete in one day, allowing for rapid recovery and rebuilding of these compromised structures. Chlorine dioxide fumigation removes mold from the rebuilding equation.

Mason added, "Sabre mobilized its equipment and personnel to New Orleans within days after the flooding. It is an honor to be working with key business owners and homeowners helping during these difficult times in Louisiana."

About Chlorine Dioxide

Chlorine dioxide is a micro biocide that has been used for disinfection and sterilization in the food and drinking water industries for over seventy years. It does not form toxic byproducts, is environmentally friendly, and leaves no residual toxicity. Chlorine dioxide gas penetrates into all surfaces, including interior wall cavities, porous surfaces, carpets, ducting and insulation. The treatment eliminates the need for traditional "rip and replace" mold remediation and substantially reduces the cost and duration of renovation.
